A Tip for Tuesday

Much as I like to waffle, sometimes I just feel like pontificating briefly or sharing something that makes my life easier.

I therefore decided that as Tip, Thought and Tuesday all begin with the same letter, I would inaugurate an occasional feature: A Tip (or Thought) for Tuesday.

Here is the first. A tip for everyone who, like me, keeps intending to get one of those neat meat juice separators so they can use the meat juices but not the fat, for gravies, soups etc.

    • I would always let the juices cool for a little while in a mug or similar, before pouring it into a bag, but it usually takes me a while to make my mind up what I am going to do with them, so it’s no hardship!
